According to the latest news Melvin Bard agreed with the offer given by Bayern Munich and he was also interested in coming to Bayern Munich. Melvin Bard reportedly was unhappy in Lyon because he was not satisfied with Lyon who did not provide an explanation about his future. Melvin Bard actually still has a contract at Lyon until 2022 but it looks like he will become a new Bayern Munich player next summer.
