FIFA STILL CONSIDERS THE TRANSFER WINDOW TO BE OPENED UNTIL THE END OF 2020.
FIFA is the biggest organization of football reportedly studying and discussing with others to open the transfer window until 31 December. According to media FIFA plans to open a transfer window until the end of December because the corona virus outbreak is now more difficult to stop. So far FIFA has still not been able to determine when football will be played again.
