DECLAN RICE WILL JOIN CHELSEA IN THE SUMMER ?

Chelsea are reportedly interested in bringing in young players from London namely Declan Rice. Chelsea are interested in signing Declan Rice because Frank Lampard likes young players since he officially became head coach of Chelsea.

According to the news Frank Lampard wants Declan Rice to strengthen the defense in midfield Chelsea next season.  Chelsea could bring Declan Rice next season because he has a special affinity with Mason Mount.

Previously heard the news that Chelsea almost got Boubakar Soumare from Lille in January, but failed for some reason.

It is unclear how much it will cost Chelsea to bring Declan Rice to Stamford Bridge and it is also unclear when the transfer market will reopen because of the corona virus outbreak.

But reportedly Chelsea are very serious about bringing Declan Rice to Stamford Bridge next season.
