BARCELONA ADMITTED THAT THEY ALMOST GOT LAUTARO MARTINEZ FROM RACING CLUB.

Barcelona admitted that a few years ago almost got Lautaro Martinez from Racing Club before it was finally join Inter who got the Argentinian. According to Spanish media Barcelona has been monitoring Lautaro Martinez for a long time when he was young and reportedly Barcelona also had the chance to monitor Lautaro Martinez in 2016 when he played with the Argentine national team in the COTIF Tournament match.

Barcelona also made an offer to Racing Club around 7-10 M but Barcelona lost to Inter who at the time gave an offer of 25M to the Racing Club. Although Barcelona failed to get Lautaro Martinez from the Racing Club in the past until now Barcelona still continues to target Lautaro Martinez at Inter because Barcelona targeted Lautaro Martinez as a potential successor to Lionel Messi.

According to the latest news Barcelona had a meeting again with the Lautaro Martinez some time ago so he would move to Barcelona in the summer. Barcelona is reportedly going to give big money to Inter in order to release Lautaro Martinez to the Nou Camp and Inter are thinking about the offer.
